Do you thrive on being busy and working as part of a team? A large international retailer is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team. If you are highly organized and detail orientated, Ceek would love to hear from you.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Helping with administrative responsibilities, such as filing, processing correspondence, taking calls, and other possible everyday office duties
  • Handling the Sales & Administration Department's calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Organise meetings and interviews
  • Updating databases and telephone directory
  • Providing support to Stores (ex. price tickets, direct deliveries etc.)
  • Managing with deliveries and suppliers
  • Managing stationery orders
  • Meeting planning, business travel, and hotel reservations
  • Assisting management and team in the preparation and completion of projects

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Secondary level of education
  • Fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment
  • ECDL literate
  • Previous experience in an office environment
