What's expected of you?

Establish, maintain, and uphold a Quality Assurance Unit by analysing quality data to facilitate solutions
Supervise the implementation of quality and training standards and procedures, and develop new policies as necessary
Review existing standards and policies
Participate in quality calibration sessions and maintain communication with operations and clients
Attend client meetings to grasp quality and training requirements, and report on results
Understand the training and quality assurance needs of projects and implement procedures accordingly
Ensure succession planning and team development by establishing team KPIs and managing performance
Implement continuous quality improvement programs to minimise errors and non-conformities
Engage with employees across different levels to determine the focus of the Quality Assurance Unit
Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in a quality assurance leadership role or similar relevant positions
Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis/statistical methods
Proficient knowledge of MS Office and databases
Exceptional communication skills
Keen attention to detail coupled with a results-driven approach
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
