Lawyer - Litigation

Do you hold a warrant to practise as a lawyer in Malta? Are you experienced in Litigation? We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join a well established law firm in Malta. If you’ve got the right skills and experience, Ceek would love to hear from you!

What’s expected of you?

• Advise and represent clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and other members of the team
• Draft and review judicial acts
• Draft legal opinions relating to general civil and commercial matters
• Ad hoc duties related to the role

What are you expected to bring?

• A law degree and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta
• Three years’ plus experience, ideally in litigation
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
• Organised and able to work to deadlines
• A strong team player who is able to work independently as well
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
