Laundry Operator

What is expected of you?

• In store receiving and delivering customers’ garments
• Home collection and delivery of customers’ garments
• Offering services and promotions to the customers in the most proactive and efficient manner
• Performing all the operational duties such as cleaning, drying, ironing and presentation of garments
• Maintenance of work equipment and machines of the store
• Tidiness and cleaning of the store
• Assisting the Shop Supervisor with store administrative tasks and any other task as required
• Solving customer complaints as required
• Selling accessory services and products
• Any other related task as required and delegated by the Shop Supervisor

What are you expected to bring?

• Preferably have a secondary level of education (school leaving certificate)
• Preferably have six months working experience in a shop or a similar position
• Be proficient (verbal & written) in English
• Be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
• Be computer literate
• Have a positive energetic attitude
• Be organised, pro-active, and able to work on own initiative
• Have good communications skills and capable of resolve arising problems in an efficient way
• Be customer and service focused
