A leading iGaming company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team as a KYC Analyst. You will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the related operations.

What is expected of you?

Review applications for completeness, required documentation, and fee payment
Examine due diligence documents and coordinate with other departments
Update licensee information in the systems and databases
Process and issue approvals for Key Persons and Certificates
Draft and issue authorisations and renewal
Attend meetings with prospective applicants.
Develop and maintain departmental processes and policies
Participate in training sessions, conferences, and forums
Ensure departmental goals and professional standards are met
Collaborate with other departments
Performing additional tasks as directed by management

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma level 5 of education
Experience in reviewing Corporate Structures and/or KYC checks is an asset
Knowledge of Accounting practices is also an asset
Analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills
Team player able to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify high-risk areas and present findings and recommendations clearly, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates motivation and professionalism, and takes ownership of responsibilities with excellent communication skills
