Key Account Coordinator (Part-Time)

What's expected of you?​

• Maintain and update client contracts, verifying accuracy and compliance
• Organise and manage client folders, ensuring proper filing and regular database updates
• Handle all aspects of invoicing, including proformas, deposits, arrivals, installation handovers, extras, and quotations
• Guarantee timely completion of monthly invoicing in line with Finance Department deadlines
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
• Provide administrative support for daily operations, including responding to client inquiries and managing documentation
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operational workflows

What are you expected to bring?

• Proven experience in account management or a related field
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Keen attention to detail, with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
