What is expected of you?

• Collaborate with the payroll team to assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll functions for multiple clients.
• Aid in the preparation and submission of employment-related documentation to government agencies and other entities on behalf of our clients.
• Support the submission of FSS reports to the tax department, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the application process for employment licensing and permits, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• Perform various bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and maintenance of accounts for receivables and payables.

What are you expected to bring?

• Minimum A Level Standard of education
• Basic knowledge of payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills in the English language
• The ability to work effectively within a team
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
