Junior Data and MI Assistant

We are currently seeking a Junior Data and MI Assistant for one of our clients in the financial services industry—an innovative investment boutique firm. What is expected of you?

• Work closely with and support the Data and Information Management team
• Create, update, and share monthly/quarterly/annual reports, as well as any other information material needed by the Company, clients, or third parties
• Ensure the timely preparation of factsheets, commentaries, and set up and maintain online data platforms, presentations, and supporting documents
• Participate in ad hoc tasks, like helping create new funds/share classes or keeping supporting data up-to-date and relevant
• Maintain AML company files and help the MLRO address AML requests from regulatory authorities

What are you expected to bring?

• Experienced Excel user essential
• Previous experience as a Market Researcher or in a similar role is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Works well with the team
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Adaptable approach and a positive mindset
