Junior Corporate Executive

We at Ceek are looking for a like-minded Junior Corporate Service Executive to join a growing corporate service provider in Malta. If you have impeccable administrative skills accompanied by financial expertise, we would love to hear from you!
 

What is expected of you?

• Handle a structured client filing system, manage client portfolios and accommodate clients' needs in accordance with regulatory procedures
• Manage and prepare documentation for company incorporations
• Be the person in contact on any inquiries and requests from clients, managers, and internal departments
• Liaise with the Registry of Companies, Banks, International Tax Unit and VAT Department

What are you expected to bring?

• An A-level standard of education
• Previous experience working in the corporate industry will be considered an asset
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of office software applications
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A team player who can also work on your own initiative under minimal supervision
