Junior Accounts Executive

What’s expected of you?

• Handling portfolios of international clients
• Reconciling of bank accounts
• Preparation of client payrolls
• Posting of bank payments and receipts, journal entries, and purchase invoices
• Liaising with clients regarding accounting documentation
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns, management accounts and year-end processes
• Carry out ad hoc duties related to the accounts department

What are you expected to bring?

• In the process of obtaining an ACCA/University Degree in Accountancy
• Experience in client accounting would be considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Strong communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset
• Analytical individual with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and meet challenging deadlines
