Are you a natural at number crunching and seeking a new challenge in accounting? Stop right here! This is what you were looking for! Our client, a luxury boutique hotel, is looking to employ a motivated junior accountant to join their Finance Department.

What is expected of you?

Reconcile bank accounts, statements, and records and take corrective action when needed
Ensure the timely payments of creditors, and invoices of debtors and that financial records are kept accurately and securely
Provide assistance in financial analysis as required
Maintain General Ledgers such as the preparation of journal entries
Ensure that financial policies and procedures are being adhered to as set out in the Company financial guidelines
Provide ad hoc and periodical reports when needed
Carry out any other duty when required from senior management

What are you expected to bring?

Part qualified in a recognized accountancy degree
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a finance department
Proficiency in the English language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
