A reputable retail company is looking for a Joinery Estimator to form part of their team of professionals. If you think you have what it takes and are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would like to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

Prepare tenders from initial enquiry to submission
Prepare accurate subcontractor packages for pricing
Provide timely and accurate estimates
Analyse contract documentation
Liaise and negotiate with Subcontractors and Suppliers
Actively participate in adjudication meetings
Maintain good relationships with prospective clients and professionals

What are you expected to bring?

Previous estimating experience with joinery background
Knowledge of building material components, building regulations and H&S
Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities
Ability to analyse and assess risk.
Good negotiation skills and local knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in both Maltese and English
