What's expected of you?

Identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
Provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments
Screen prospective candidates
Develop a relationship with candidates
Produce both adverts and job descriptions, and place on social media platforms
Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant legislation
Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive service
Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector
Agree and deliver against candidate service levels
Provide full administration support, including database management and LinkedIn
Keeping abreast of industry trends and news

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum level of a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
Previous experience in customer care
Previous experience in a similar role and/or sound understanding of the IT industry is a great advantage
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels
Be a team player with a desire to learn and be coached
Proficient in the use of different social media
Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
