IT Systems Analyst

What is expected of you?

• Provide ongoing user support and maintain the company's IT systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather business requirements, address system issues, and implement change requests.
• Create test data, conduct system tests, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document outcomes to ensure system documents and operational guides are updated.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of in-house applications to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain reports.
   

What are you expected to bring?

• Relevant academic qualifications in Information Technology.
• Good understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
