What's expected of you?

  • Complete tasks within agreed service levels, adhering to IT department procedures and guidelines
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment, network devices, and systems as per IT policies
  • Support and manage desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, phones, mobile devices, and other IT assets
  • Handle incidents and service requests through the JIRA service desk
  • Report technical issues and solutions for future reference and keep records and inventories updated
  • Evaluate, purchase, and install IT hardware and software
  • Provide basic training to end-users if needed
  • Resolve support requests and escalate issues as needed
  • Identify and implement system improvements
  • Perform additional duties as required by the company


What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and technologies
  • Possess CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Familiarity with video conferencing and IP telephony
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues
  • A proactive and customer-oriented approach to IT support
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of the English language
