We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and streamline internal IT functions, ensuring reliable infrastructure, strong security, and effective support across the organization. What is expected of you?

Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware/software)
Manage day-to-day IT support and service desk operations
Lead and mentor IT staff, delegate tasks effectively
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Drive process improvements and optimize system performance
Implement and maintain IT security protocols and risk assessments
Manage IT budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and continuity plans
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to meet tech needs

What are you expected to bring?

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years in a similar role with technical and team leadership experience
Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and security
Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA (a plus)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
