IT Manager

What's expected of you?

• Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, infrastructure, disaster recovery, backups, and support services
• Provide technical support across various departments, following company IT service management standards.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Manage IT hardware procurement, including supplier recommendations and negotiations
• Install, configure, and maintain all hotel systems such as POS, VOIP, TV, Wi-Fi, check-in kiosks, and access control.
• Engage with customers and staff at all levels
• Support deployment of new applications
• Update and maintain systems documentation
• Oversee disaster recovery and system backups
• Update IT software, hardware, and security inventories
• Actively participate in training and development programs for self-improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What are you expected to bring?

• Hold an IT degree or equivalent, with vendor-specific certifications such as MCSE and CCNA 
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT managerial role; previous experience in the hospitality sector is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and leading skills
• Exceptional organisational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Be enthusiast about learning and adopting new technologies
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft productivity suite (Windows, Office365) and capable of effectively managing IT operations
• Capable of performing well under pressure
