What is expected of you?

• Maintain work quality within agreed levels and in compliance with the IT department's protocols and procedures
• Assist in the setup, diagnosis, and maintenance of IT equipment, network components, and other IT systems as needed, in alignment with IT policies and procedures
• Report technical issues and solutions for future reference
• Manage and maintain the IT's inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, desk phones, mobile devices, and other equipment
• Handle incidents and service requests through JIRA service desk
• Assist in the assessment, acquisition, and deployment of IT hardware and software
• Provide fundamental training to end-users as required
• Resolve support inquiries and escalate when necessary
• Keep documentation and inventories up-to-date
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and potential changes
• Undertake any additional duties as requested from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Possess a CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
• A solid grasp of network protocols and technologies
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365
• Familiarity with video conferencing and IP Telephony
• Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently
• Excellent communication skills in English
