What is expected of you?

• Maintaining core banking systems, ETL processes, databases, and software updates.
• Ensuring optimal system performance and availability through monitoring and maintenance.
• Installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT infrastructure.
• Resolving issues impacting IT operations and liaising with third-party service providers.
• Monitoring SLAs and ensuring supplier adherence.
• Testing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Participating in IT system decisions and implementing cybersecurity policies.
• Managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Promoting best practices and maintaining documentation.
   

What are you expected to bring?

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• 3 to 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft operating systems, virtualization, and cybersecurity
• Professional certifications are a plus
