What is expected of you?

Maintaining core banking systems, ETL processes, databases, and software updates.
Ensuring optimal system performance and availability through monitoring and maintenance.
Installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT infrastructure.
Resolving issues impacting IT operations and liaising with third-party service providers.
Monitoring SLAs and ensuring supplier adherence.
Testing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
Participating in IT system decisions and implementing cybersecurity policies.
Managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud solutions.
Promoting best practices and maintaining documentation.

What are you expected to bring?

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
3 to 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in financial services
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
Knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft operating systems, virtualization, and cybersecurity
Professional certifications are a plus
