IT Business Application Specialist

Are you passionate about improving business operations? Are you experienced in Enterprise Resource Planning? Then Ceek wants to hear from you! We are looking for a dedicated IT Business Applications Specialist to act as the lead contact for ERP vendors.

What’s expected of you?

• Act as the lead contact for ERP vendors and coordinate all updates to the system, reporting and tracking technical issues while overseeing subscription management
• Analyse the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible application solutions
• Provide user support and training
• Maintain a knowledge base for departments throughout the company
• Be the user administrator; manage security access and user set up for the ERP
• Manage ERP related vendors, integrators, and projects
• Coordinate with other departments of the organisation

What are you expected to bring?

• 3 years’ experience in ERP and application management
• Experience in the retail sector would be considered an asset
• Experience with SaaS applications/systems, system design, development, implementation, as well as user support principles and practices
• Experience in business & process analysis and preparing workflow analyses
• Able to understand and translate technical concepts to non-technical information & audiences
• A sound knowledge of SQL database management would be an asset
• You’re a natural trainer and are familiar with project management principles
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in time-sensitive situations
• Able to manage third party suppliers and willing to travel
• An excellent communicator and fluent in English
