IT Administrator

What's expected of you?

• Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and daily backups.
• Upgrade, install, and configure hardware and software.
• Implement security protocols and manage user accounts.
• Organise and install cables, and address network, Shireburn, and internet issues.
• Communicate with IT subcontractors and handle PABX issues.
• Develop automation solutions for data processes.
• Service any IT needs at outlets and stores, and assist with stock taking and updating of handheld devices.
• Input items on the website and manage POS/EPOS issues.
• Organise new hardware installations and prepare profiles for new employees.
• Source hardware and collaborate with security camera technicians.
• Create management plans with daily, weekly, and monthly IT checklists

What are you expected to bring?

• Proven experience in installing and configuring IT software and hardware in Malta
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant IT certifications would be an asset
