Junior Investment Operational Support Officer

Keen to join a prestigious asset management firm? We are seeking to recruit an Junior Investment Operational Support Officer to join a team of professionals within the financial services industry.

What is expected of you?

• Preparation of monthly Fund NAV reconciliation
• Creation of Monthly FX Hedging
• Fund payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Fund documentation control and filing
• Funds audited financial statements and liaison with external auditors
• Preparation of monthly accruals analysis
• Creation of Due Diligence Questionnaire
• Preparation of quarterly board meetings packs
• Monthly and weekly reports
• Assistance and support with service Provider Communication and deliverables
• AIFM reporting
• Ad Hoc Projects as instructed by management

What are you expected to bring?

• Educated to degree standard in Finance
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in fund management
• Previous fund management experience will be preferred
