What is expected of you?

Preparation of monthly Fund NAV reconciliation
Creation of Monthly FX Hedging
Fund payment processing and bank reconciliation
Fund documentation control and filing
Funds audited financial statements and liaison with external auditors
Preparation of monthly accruals analysis
Creation of Due Diligence Questionnaire
Preparation of quarterly board meetings packs
Monthly and weekly reports
Assistance and support with service Provider Communication and deliverables
AIFM reporting
Ad Hoc Projects as instructed by management

What are you expected to bring?

Educated to degree standard in Finance
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Genuine interest in fund management
Previous fund management experience will be preferred
