What is expected of you?

• Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering to onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand different roles within the organisation and their requirements
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
• Maintain current and build new relationships with academic institutions, recruitment platforms, recruitment agencies as well as head-hunters
• Employee data maintenance and updating documentation where required
• Ensure compliance with GDPR
• Find and recruit candidates using various online and offline channels

What are you expected to bring?

• Possess at least a diploma/bachelor degree in HR or similar
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
• A working knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
• Fluent in both English and Maltese
• Great interpersonal skills
