What’s expected of you?

• Develop risk-driven audit plans.
• Successfully manages and completes internal audit assignments from start to finish.
• Identifies and communicates issues uncovered during audits, accompanied by recommended solutions pertinent to business and risk factors.
• Ensures that audit conclusions are grounded in a comprehensive understanding of processes, circumstances, and associated risks.
• Crafts audit programs and testing procedures tailored to the specific risks and testing objectives.
• Acquires and reviews evidence to thoroughly document audit findings.
• Maintains strict adherence to all relevant departmental and professional standards.
• Clearly and succinctly conveys delegated tasks to the engagement team, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and efficient outcomes.
• Strategically organizes personal efforts to align with risk priorities while maximizing productivity and efficiency.
• Places a strong emphasis on personal professional development to tackle more challenging assignments, in line with the standard career progression in auditing—actively seeks relevant educational and training opportunities.
• Undertakes other assigned duties as necessary.

What are you expected to bring?

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience working in Accounting or Audit
• Thorough knowledge of PSD2 and the Electronic Money Directive is essential
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding and ability to apply risk and control concepts
• Proficiency in developing strategic and tactical internal audit plans
• Taking the initiative to explore best practices in business and applying them as relevant
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines and commitments
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, complex environment
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
