Internal Audit Manager

What’s expected of you?

• Prepare audit plant and internal audit documentation
• Perform audit assignments across the Group to identify internal control gaps, operational and financial risks, and opportunities to improve
• Carry out financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance procedures while also participating in IT audit assignments
• Prepare and implement the internal audit work programs
• Follow up on the audit recommendations and timelines for corrective actions with the auditee’s management team
• Review reports prepared by team members of the Audit Unit and manage staff
• Assist in the engagement of CSPs when required
• Contribute to the Group’s development in Internal Audit functions
• Provide guidance and advice on operational, financial, and compliance processes and internal controls
• Produce internal audit reports based on factual evidence
• Follow up on risks arising from audit reviews and prepare status reports
• Help with the coaching, development, and performance management of staff
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that might be requested by the Group Head Internal Audit and the Audit Committee

What are you expected to bring?

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in an audit position.
• In possession of a related University Degree
• Proficient understanding of general risks and controls
• Excellent reporting skills
• Familiarity with Hospitality and Gaming Financial Operations and Controls.
• Must be independent, proactive, and committed.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
