What is expected of you?

Handle the monthly closing and quarterly reporting reviews
Assist in the actuarial aspect of IFRS17 including data preparation, testing and methodologies
Review closing file calculations, reinsurance and co-insurance
Calculate best estimate, life underwriting risk, non-life underwriting risk, health risk, own risk & solvency assessment (ORSA) and prepare Solvency II material
Obtain data of re-insured products and perform checks on monthly closing and statement of accounts quarterly
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Contribute to the upkeep of the insurance product library
Ensure that all data is checked accurately and completed as per given time frames

What are you expected to bring?

A degree in Mathematics, Insurance or Statistics
A similar working experience in an insurance environment is an asset
Fluency in English and another European language is a plus
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
Experience in a similar position would be considered an asset
An organised and motivated personality
