What is expected of you?
Maintaining, modifying, and updating policies, files and insurance accident
information within the ARTAI system
Act as a main point of contact for all enquiries pertaining to insurance claims of the company.
Coordinate all insurance claims to the Company.
Review and examine all motor and property accidents involving vehicles assigned to the Company to determine liability.
Liaise with all stakeholders involved, insurance brokers, lawyers, loss adjustors
Produce insurance claims to the broker relating to employees’ injuries.
Assist with potential claims from individuals who have accidents.
Assist with motor insurance recovery process, chase unpaid claims.
What are you expected to bring?
Educated to an advanced level.
Working knowledge of the Maltese Insurance Industry standard.
Preferably have 6 months experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills in Maltese and English (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem solver.
Well organized and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
