What's expected of you?

Enhance and execute a business-aligned, compliant information security strategy
Oversee ISO 27001 certification, ensuring adherence and improvement
Lead risk management, including assessments and mitigation
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct employee security awareness training
Respond to and investigate security incidents, implementing corrective actions
Manage security audits, addressing internal and external findings
Integrate security practices across business and IT operations
Supervise a team to maintain security protocols on production systems
Stay informed on security trends and regulatory changes
Report information security program updates to senior management

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous
At least 5 years of experience in information security management, ideally within the iGaming sector.
Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance
Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance is highly preferred
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and practices
Expertise in risk management, threat assessment, and vulnerability management
Proven skills in security incident response and investigation
Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management skills
