ICT Data Analyst

We are embarking on the implementation of a renowned new ERP system and are looking for talented individuals to join our ICT team. You’ll be involved in this exciting project while also providing ongoing support and consultancy. Sounds interesting? We at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What's expected of you?

• Giving first-line support on the Group’s current ERP systems and Sales Force applications.
• Be involved in the implementation of the new ERP system.
• Extracting data using MS SQL and building of queries.
• Build reports and fix existing ones using SSRS, Power BI & Crystal Reports.
• Create dashboards and reports for key company personnel.
• Meet and collaborate with company personnel to gather their requirements and ensure that the data analysis and reporting processes are aligned with the group’s business objectives ensuring they’re delivered on time.
• Provide guidance to the different companies within the Group upon sound business practices and processes.
• Provide training to the employees in the use of the ERP, Sales Force applications, and Power BI.

What are you expected to bring?

• Be qualified in IT at certificate / diploma level.
• Possess excellent written and spoken English.
• Possess a right to work and reside in Malta.
• Experience in business applications support.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills to support internal staff.
• An ability to work in a team and be easily approachable.
• Being customer service oriented.
• Having a full and clean driving license together with own transport.
