What’s expected of you?

• Provide strategic guidance for talent development, employee life cycle management, and efforts to retain personnel
• Supervise the daily operations of the Human Resources department
• Serve as an intermediary between management, staff, and the HR team
• Foster the company's culture and ensure adherence to its core values
• Assume the primary role in liaising with union representatives and leading negotiations on collective agreements

What are you expected to bring?

• A degree or master's degree in Human Resources
• Proven track record of leading a senior management-level HR team.
• Previous experience in developing organizational strategies
• Ability to implement and improve HR initiatives
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
