What is expected of you?

Enhance employee efficiency, and apply strategies to elevate performance
Conduct yearly assessments to identify training and development needs
Formulate training programs and objectives
Assist with the management of departmental budget allocations
Create training materials using various media
Provide training and guidance to managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development
Coordinate, plan, and arrange supplies for employee development and training events

What are you expected to bring?

2 years’ experience working in a similar role
Previous experience in designing and executing training and development programs
Have HR related certifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation abilities and influencing skills
Capable of assessing and researching training alternatives
