HR Manager

What is expected of you?

• Design and implement full recruitment process
• Manage full employment cycle from induction to termination
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, as well as maintain and update employee files and benefits
• Report to management team any HR employee issues
• Organise staff events and one to one staff meetings
• Create HR reports and KPIs
• Have good knowledge of local employment laws, JobsPlus, Identity Malta and other related parties

What are you expected to bring?

• Possess at least a diploma/bachelor degree in HR or similar
• Previous experience working in a HR department 
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise in between tasks
• Able to work in a team and liaise with other departments
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in Maltese and English
