HR Manager

Are you looking to take the next step in your HR career? Our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for an ambitious HR Manager that is eager to expand their HR Portfolio covering all areas of HR in a forward-moving environment.  

What is expected of you?
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle from identifying channels for promoting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Oversee the administrative HR functions related to employment and remuneration
  • Ensure compliance with the employment laws and regulation
  • Identify top talents and lead the program for developing succession
  • Identify training needs and create the training plan of the company

What are you expected to bring?
  • At least 3 years' relevant HR experience
  • A  degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Have a good knowledge of the local employment legislation
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be flexible and committed to the role
  • Be approachable as a leader and able to communicate and guide people at all levels of the organisation 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
