What's expected of you?

Shape and manage employer branding and boost employee engagement
Lead HR operations and oversee the entire employee life cycle
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
Provide strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders
Resolve complex employee relations issues
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures
Establish and maintain compensation and benefits programs
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices
Support managers with strategic guidance to mitigate risks
Foster a positive work environment to attract and retain talent
Drive initiatives aligned with the business strategy

What are you expected to bring?

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience is a similar role, with a solid understanding of employment laws
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in both Maltese and English
