  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals

  • Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions effectively

What are you expected to bring?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools
  • Ability to foster a workplace culture that encourages collaboration, engagement, and mutual respect
