What is expected of you?

Maintain HR records
Handle HR administration tasks such as the coordination and management of training, leave, sick leave, and payroll adjustments
Participate in the execution of Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Culture initiatives
Collaborate with management in achieving employee wellbeing and fun factor, while maintaining a performance-driven culture
Contribute to the management of the onboarding and termination workflows
Actively work on improvement of existing HR policies and procedures

What are you expected to bring?

Tertiary level of education in Human Resources, Business, or any related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR position
Experience with payroll, specifically Dakar will be considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communications skills
