What is expected of you?

• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering to onboarding, to reach department targets within budget
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand different roles within the organisation and their requirements
• Experience of working with 3rd party agencies to engage TCN’s in country
• Employee data maintenance and updating documentation where required
• New applications and renewals of TCN’s
• Applying for and keeping up to date with government funding and schemes
• Find and recruit candidates using various online and offline channels

What are you expected to bring?

• Possess at least a diploma/bachelor degree in HR or similar
• Previous experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise in between tasks
• Ability to take initiative and act on what’s required
• Able to work in a team and liaise with other departments
• Driving License
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
