We are seeking to recruit an HR Executive for one of our clients within the Gaming industry. If this sounds like you, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Be fully involved in the recruitment process, including, shortlisting, interviewing, communicating with the internal and external stakeholders and coordination of offers of employment
  • Key member of the onboarding and induction process
  • Coordinate the organization’s training function including the requests for training, communicating with the internal and external stakeholders and management of the training calendar
  • Determine ways to foster a proactive environment by identifying culture-related challenges to employees’ concern and well-being
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office, particularly the front desk, events logistics, cleaning, and facilities management
  • Increase efficiency of daily operations, policies, and procedures within the department
  • Taking care of the office supplies and equipment and in charge of buying and keeping the stocks at an adequate level
  • Update company policies and ensuring legal compliance and making sure the office is in line with the health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the administration staff including the front office, housekeeping, and courier services.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries and ensuring the office is well-kept and in good condition
  • Organizing internal and external events.


What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree or a comparable level of education (MQF Level 6)
  • 2 years’ experience working in HR
  • Excellent leadership skills, time-management, and ability to work well both independently and in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Can work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Able to assume responsibility for own’s actions and deliverables
