HR Executive

What is expected of you?

  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering to onboarding, to reach department targets within budget, including:
  • New employee onboarding including HR & H&S induction and organization of necessary paperwork and company standard processes
  • Terminating Employees as per company procedures
  • Assisting Team Members with filling in MCCAA Forms and processing them accordingly
  • Employee data maintenance and updating documentation where required
  • New applications and renewals of TCN’s
  • Applying for and keeping up to date with government funding and schemes
  • Maintain the company’s Employee Discount Booklet
  • Letters required by employees
  • Scanning and filing office documentation

What are you expected to bring?

  • Possess at least a diploma/bachelor degree in HR or similar
  • Previous experience working in a HR department 
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise in between tasks
  • Ability to take initiative and act on what’s required
  • Able to work in a team and liaise with other departments
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to adopt greater responsibilities as the need requires
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Maltese
