What is expected of you?

• Develop and implement specific HR strategies to assist in business improvement
• Manage the recruitment process, as well as performance management and employee relations
• Assist and support other departments of the company
• Perform daily administrative tasks as may be requested

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of 2 experience in a similar role
• A degree or an equivalent qualification in HR will be considered an asset
• Be Fluent in English and Maltese
• Proficient in Shireburn payroll software
• Great knowledge of Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and able to work on own initiative
