Are you an experienced HR Executive looking for a new opportunity within an exciting and dynamic company in Malta? The ideal candidate will be responsible for the employer’s Learning, Development & Wellbeing programme. Interested? We at Ceek would like to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Analyse employee performance and feedback for training needs
  • Develop and implement training programs, utilising external providers and funding opportunities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, providing ongoing support for continuous learning
  • Collaborate with managers for fair and transparent annual performance evaluations
  • Maintain data from performance reviews on HRIS, review data and follow up on targets/deadlines
  • Assist managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Coordinate engagement activities, gather feedback, and collaborate to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Provide resources and support for stress management, resilience and mental health awareness.
  • Initiate wellbeing programs, evaluating their effectiveness and adjusting accordingly based on employee feedback.
  • Handle day-to-day issues, respond to queries, and support colleagues with HR issues
  • Prepare reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Stand in for HR Executive for work permit applications when required
  • Promote and maintain awareness of health and safety

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Undergraduate/postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant discipline
  • Experience in developing and delivering Learning and Development programmes
  • Sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee development
  • Basic understanding of budgeting principles and financial management practices
  • Experience interviewing stakeholders across all positions
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic verbal Maltese communication/ understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
