HR Coordinator

What is expected of you?

  • Utilize both internal and external HR systems in managing employee records
  • Assist the employees for the renewal of their residence cards and manage the administration tasks relating to new work permit applications
  • Assist with the HR main mailbox, sick reporting, medicals, injuries, engagements, and terminations.
  • Handle follow-up calls; including issue reports, making calls and producing reports on the processes
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process including assisting with the sorting of CV’s, attending interviews, taking part in the evaluation of the interviews, and giving feedback to the candidates
  • Assist in all HR duties and responsibilities
  • Provide any necessary ad hoc initiatives or assistance to the HR administration and recruitment departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills

What are you expected to bring?

  • A level of education and/or a certificate in HR is preferred
  • Previous work experience related to HR would be ideal
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese both written and verbal, Italian and/or Spanish would be considered an asset
  • Enjoys working both in a team and independently
  • Excellent decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, administrative and interpersonal skills
