Our client, a well-established and reputable company in Malta, is currently looking for an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. What's expected of you?

  • Address HR-related questions and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on current HR trends and best practices.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
  • Manage and update employee records consistently.
  • Support the recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Conduct orientations and ensure records are accurately updated for new employees.
  • Facilitate the termination process when needed.
  • Generate and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Participate in various HR projects as required.

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of an O Level of education, preferably in English and Mathematics.
  • Holding a certificate in Maltese Employment Law is preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook and Excel
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to HRIS software
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, and self-motivation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
