What's expected of you?

Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective staffing strategies
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance concerns
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and labour laws
Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and career development
Support performance management, career growth, and succession planning initiatives
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover
Conduct employee feedback sessions and analyse exit interview data to enhance retention
Perform additional tasks as required, ensuring a strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance in all decisions and actions

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong understanding of labour laws and health & safety regulations
Proactive mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong project management abilities and the ability to drive initiatives effectively
Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
