What's expected of you?

Act as the main HR contact for your assigned business unit, offering advice, coaching, and guidance to management and employees
Support managers with HR procedures such as disciplinary actions, grievance management, performance management, and absence management
Coordinate with Occupational Health as needed to manage health risks
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in day-to-day employee management to reduce legal risks
Manage the entire recruitment process, including visa applications for third-country nationals and overseeing staff training and development
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensure employees are informed about company policies
Collaborate with the management team to identify employee development needs
Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate for efficient data management
Contribute to weekly and monthly HR reports and support HR cycle processes, including pay and talent reviews
Assist in reward activities such as job evaluations, recognition programs, and HR systems management
Tailor internal communication messaging to meet the needs of your assigned teams

What are you expected to bring?

A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Strong experience in HR practices including grievance and disciplinary procedures, employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, and talent management
Proven ability to implement business-driven HR practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
A proactive approach to resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
Ability to manage and prioritise a challenging workload effectively
