HR Business Partner

What's expected of you?

  • Act as the main HR contact for your assigned business unit, offering advice, coaching, and guidance to management and employees
  • Support managers with HR procedures such as disciplinary actions, grievance management, performance management, and absence management
  • Coordinate with Occupational Health as needed to manage health risks
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in day-to-day employee management to reduce legal risks
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including visa applications for third-country nationals and overseeing staff training and development
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensure employees are informed about company policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify employee development needs
  • Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate for efficient data management
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly HR reports and support HR cycle processes, including pay and talent reviews
  • Assist in reward activities such as job evaluations, recognition programs, and HR systems management
  • Tailor internal communication messaging to meet the needs of your assigned teams

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong experience in HR practices including grievance and disciplinary procedures, employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, and talent management
  • Proven ability to implement business-driven HR practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • A proactive approach to resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a challenging workload effectively
