HR Assistant

What is expected of you?

• Organize, plan for, and take part in hiring processes, job fairs, and internal hiring events
• Post job openings on the organization's careers page, social media, and internal messaging platforms
• Creation and revision of job descriptions
• Process and screen applications for jobs
• Arrange applications based on job requirements
• Give hiring managers shortlists of qualified applicants
• Work together with management to determine future recruiting requirements
• Aid the new hires during the onboarding process
• Create employment contracts and ensure that staff records are accurate and complete
• Preserve records of all disciplinary proceedings
• Estimate regional distribution center travel costs
• Receive, distribute, and send documents and reports from the staff
• Examine, distribute, and keep track of HR policies
• Create Training Reports
• Keep abreast of and observe adherence to pertinent employment legislation
• Implement internal programs
• Store and organize employee records, and update HR database
• Ensure that all HR-related issues are handled legally

What are you expected to bring?

• Secondary education level
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Capable of acting independently and in a group setting
• ECDL qualification
• Italian language proficiency will be seen favorably
• Being familiar with an office atmosphere before will be advantageous
