HR and Payroll Administrator

We are searching for an HR and Payroll Administrator to join a well-established hospitality company. Our client is looking for a motivated individual to join their expanding team. If this sounds interesting, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What's expected of you?

  • Liaise with external agencies and HR professionals
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Be responsible for TCN work permits documents and processes
  • Register Engagements and Termination according to corporate and statutory requirements
  • Ensure employee rosters, records and personnel data are up to date
  • Assist employees in H.R related queries
  • Assist with payroll, salary revisions & bonus payments
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Prepare end-of-month related documents

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 1 year previous experience within HR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
