HR & Administration Assistant Manager

What is expected of you?

  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process 

  • Implement and monitor employee job descriptions as per company standards

  • Conduct employee surveys to assess job satisfaction and working conditions, Identifying any employees suitable for promotion

  • Investigate and address employee complaints, utilizing disciplinary procedures or necessary actions to resolve issues effectively

  • Recommend and draft personnel policies and procedures aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals, enforcing these policies effectively to uphold organizational objectives

  • Maintain and update personnel records and data accurately, including records and updates of the company’s fleet

  • Ensure timely completion of monthly payroll

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and ensure effective servicing of company administration needs, including maintaining fully functional equipment and promoting efficient usage

  • Direct and plan maintenance works for the upkeep of company premises, including seasonal, regular, and ad hoc tasks

  • Act independently in the absence of the HR Manager, addressing human resource and administration issues with initiative and judgment to minimize disruptions

  • Stay updated on current trends and legal requirements in human resources by attending seminars, conferences, and reading industry journals and magazines


What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources 

  • Possess knowledge of research methods and policy formulation

  • Adept in MS Office applications and strong computer skills

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Capable at prioritising tasks and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong listening skills and sensitivity to staff issues and well-being
