HR Administrator

What is expected of you?

  • New employee onboarding including HR & H&S induction and organization of necessary paperwork and company standard processes
  • Terminating Employees as per company procedures
  • Assisting Team Members with filling in MCCAA Forms and processing them accordingly
  • Employee data maintenance and updating documentation where required
  • New applications and renewals of TCN’s
  • Co-ordinating reimbursements to employees
  • Applying for and keeping up to date with government funding and schemes
  • Maintain the company’s Employee Discount Booklet
  • Letters required by employees
  • Scanning and filing office documentation
  • Support the department with any other administrative tasks

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Organized and professional approach to confidential documents
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise in between tasks
  • Ability to take initiative and act on what’s required
  • Able to work in a team and liaise with other departments
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to adopt greater responsibilities as the need requires
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Experience within an HR office environment would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Maltese
