What's expected of you?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Own the annual sales plan, setting targets, identifying target markets, and overseeing lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Implement strategies to convert leads into long-term clients, and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Monitor sales performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to achieve targets
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event marketing, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Leverage SEO, PPC, social media, and other channels to drive engagement, leads, and market presence
  • Use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, insight-driven marketing content that challenges conventional thinking

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 3-5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with expertise in structured sales and marketing processes
  • Strong understanding of different sales models, particularly the Challenger Sale, and complex sales environments
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, with a focus on data analysis for decision-making
  • Experience in the professional services industry is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term sales and marketing plans
